We are a private association and uphold privacy for all people.

We are a not-for-profit, unincorporated association which is not a public business.

We uphold the right every man and woman has to a private life.

We do not record telephone calls or store your person's data digitally apart from data connected to email conversations between us as you decide whether to become a member or not. This email conversation is deleted when you take no action to become a member.

You can still ask us to destroy all contact details, written notes and emails that you think we may have.
